New Vitrified Paving Blade

DSCF1479 295x300 New Vitrified Paving Blade

New vitrified paving blade from Pulvex

Pulvex are delighted to announce that the new P1-NCCP diamond blade is now in stock in 300mm. The blade has been specifically developed to cut ceramic, porcelain & vitrified paving, leaving the absolute minimum of chips or shelling.

The blade has a laminated & tensioned core & is designed to fit on a petrol cut off saw, allowing paving contractors & landscapers to cut this type of material without having to invest in new, expensive machinery.

As with all the diamond blades in the Pulvex range, these blades are produced to EN 13236 & have oSa approval, which is the highest health & safety accreditation in the industry.

This blade is just another addition to the Pulvex range of industry leading diamond blades for paving & landscaping contractors.

Marshalls have offered you as a possible supplier of an unsegmented diamond blade for cutting 22mm thick 595x595mm Vitrified slabs.
We intend using the blade on a Masonry saw bench which suggests a blade size of 500×25.4mm centre & blade speed 2256rpm. Please can you confirm the cost to supply & deliver a suitable blade to IV30 6AH or advise of contact details for your distributors.

      Hi John,
      Thanks for the enquiry.
The largest blade we do for a masonry saw bench for cutting vitrified paving is 350mm & I think 500mm would be an unusual size for that application on a normal masonry bench. You can get them but they would be designed for a CNC machine which are far more powerful and it is unlikely that they would work on a standard masonry saw.
      Our 350mm blade is £102.00 + £6.00 carriage + VAT.
If you need more info or would like to discuss the above then please call me on 07827 470312 or email me on phil@pulvex.co.uk. The contact form via the website does not always work efficiently so it is better if you phone or email.
      Best Regards,
      Phil
